Request for Evaluation - Breaking the Cycle-Evaluation of Serious Violence Duty Interventions
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, as part of its convening role in implementing the duty across North Wales is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to conduct an evaluation of the serious violence interventions which have been commissioned by the Community Safety Partnerships (CSPs) in north Wales.
Project Scope
The evaluation will focus on the impact of interventions commissioned by the CSPs in North Wales to address serious violence. The project will commence on September 1st, 2024, and conclude by March 31st, 2025.
Key Objectives
Assess the effectiveness of the implemented interventions in reducing serious violence.
Identify key learnings and best practices for future interventions.
Provide recommendations for enhancing the impact of the serious violence duty.
Submission Deadline
Interested parties are invited to submit their quotations by the close of business on Monday, July 29th, 2024.

Decisions will be taken by the Police and Crime Commissioner who will consult as appropriate the Chief Executive, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Constable and other officers or agencies. Officers may also make decisions in accordance with the Scheme of Governance approved by the Commissioner.
